  Not responsive to customers...
  After 5 months w/ their CPAP machine, I broke the facemask. I offered to pay for a new one and after 3 days, they cannot get me one despite being only 15 miles away. I rely on the machine for sleeping now and have had 3 very bad sleepless nights, I know they get paid for the machine rental by the insurance company even if I can't use it. The set-up guy was terrific, the office staff is horribly uncaring and unresponsive to customers. I an switching to another supplier.
  
  Stay as far away from this company as you can.
